Web sites must not contain or be engaged in illegal activities or contain content or functionality which is in violation of laws or government regulations. While we accept adult sites using using Chatmetro, we prohibit adult sites with content or services which may be deemed obscene or of ill repute.

Q. Based on the way my site would link to Chatmetro, aren't I essentially sending my users to your chat room web site?
A. Not really. As far as your users are concerned, they click on a link on your site, a generic chat window opens and they start chatting. The next time they want to use the chat room, they will go back to your site to open up that same window in the same manner. The only Chatmetro identifiers in the chat room are small inconspicuous “Powered by Chatmetro” emblems, a very common practice even for web sites with chat room software they host themselves.

A.
